Announcement for Interactive Poster Session

Dear authors for the PRIMA2009 Interactive Poster Session,

We are happy to announce that the PRIMA2009 Interactive Poster Session will be held at Room 222 & 223 from 12:30-13:50 on Monday of December 14th, 2009, with complimentary lunch.

We make arrangement to each author a poster board with 2100x900, and a LCD monitor for the author who gave us the request to use it. You can prepare your poster on the board from 11:00 am on the day.

We recommend you to prepare a short script explaining your work so that you can attract a great attention from attendees for a short time.

If you have any question, please feel free to let us know it. We are looking forward to meeting you soon, in Nagoya.
