The PRIMA interactive poster session gives the authors opportunities so that they can take time to show their work either electronically or as a poster and discuss their work in depth with conference attendees. In the interactive poster session, each author can use a LCD monitor per the author's single paper inaddition to a poster.
The interactive poster session is available for SOME authors having a full paper and ALL authors having a poster paper accepted to the conference. This means the authors having a full paper may be able to present their work twice: in the formal oral session and interactive poster session.
For preparing the facilities, please let us know whether or not you will use a LCD monitor by the November 27th with your paper's ID. In addition, if you are an author having a full paper, please let us know whether or not you will participate in the interactive poster session for presenting your work.
Please NOTE that if we can not hear from you the above information by the date, you may not be able to use a LCD monitor if you are an author having a poster paper, or not be able to present your work in the interactive poster session if you are an author having a full paper.
NOTE: The former interactive session and the poster session were integrated into the Interactive Poster Session.
