Subject: PRIMA 2009 - Decision
Dear Drs. Yang and Yokoo,
I regret to inform you that the John Walz, IEEE Computer Society Vice President for the Technical and Conference Activities Board, did not approve technical cooperation with the Pacific Rim International Conference on Multi-Agent (PRIMA 2009).
Our current policy is that cooperation with meetings sponsored by other organizations is only granted by the Vice President for Conference and Tutorials in instances where there are substantial benefits to the society and its members.
A copy of your original technical co-sponsorship application form is attached below. Please immediately remove IEEE Computer Society from your Web site http://www.prima2009.org/ - thank you!
If you have any questions concerning this decision, please contact me.
On behalf of the Computer Society Conferences and Tutorials Board, I would like to wish you a successful conference.
Sincerely,
Hazel Kosky
Conference Services Coordinator
